Adesewa : Power Of The Seven Witches. (chapter One)

ADESEWA: Power Of The Seven Witches.: A seventeen years old young girl with her witchcraft lifestyle.

May 18th, 2022, 12 am. Wow, I'm seventeen today. One of the best things I love about my birthday is the stories my dad do tell me on that specific day. Although he does repeat those stories year by year because I particularly told him to do so, one of the best stories I love him telling me is the story of the seven witches on how they save the yorùbás within themselves, and from the outsiders. My dad Mr. OGUNWUYI use to tell me that if there is no enemy within the enemy outside can not do us any harm. I always hold tightly to his words. But honestly, I never get tired of listening to this particular story all over again because it's taught me the power of unity.

Only a few people know these stories because we are meant to keep them away from ordinary humans, this is one of the big secrets we take to our Graves. But seriously am not good at keeping secrets; I'm bad at it. I also enjoy listening to the story of ÒGÚN, SÀNGÓ, and some other legends that we yorùbás now call gods from my mentor Mrs. Yetunde jeyeola, she told us how those gods change human life positively and negatively and also how they vanished away from the surface of the earth. The most shocking aspect of some of those stories is the belief in their second coming.

Some of my friends like me find it difficult to believe in the second coming of the gods. But I truly believe because they are reborn already and I can feel their connection all around me always. They are a lot of bad things happening in the realm of the unseen affecting the earth that is solved without we witches and sorcerers solving it, so I believe they are the one. Some of my colleagues believe that OLODUMARE has been the one solving those issues. But I don't, I believe it is them, The god in men, the dead gods. For now, I have known to prove, but I will find one, as I always do. 1:45 am.

Adesewa closed her diary book getting prepared for the combined meetings of witches and sorcerers between IFO, OTA, and IJEBU ODE. She was feeling hungry so she have to go to the kitchen to take something lite to eat. On her way to the kitchen, she was shocked to see her mum Mr. OGUNWUYI awake sitting, looking worried.

ADESEWA: Mum what's up. Mrs. OGUNWUYI: Nothing dear, happy birthday to you. Mrs. Ogunwuyi came close to Adesewa and hugged her. She blessed her daughter despite how she was feeling at that moment. She sang her eulogy, Adesewa was overwhelmed, and she began to float in the air together with some object in the sitting room. When she stop praising her, Adesewa went calm, but all objects that floated never returned to the initial position.

ADESEWA: Oh mum am sorry, I don't mean to.

Mrs. OGUNWUYI: I do understand. Mrs. OGUNWUYI put a little smile on her face just to push Adesewa's attention away from her. Adesewa looked at her for some second and faced her way to the kitchen. After some seconds Mr. Ogunwuyi went to the Kitchen when she noticed her worries were holding her down. When she got to the kitchen she saw how Adesewa was rushing the food she was eating ( some pieces of sliced bread and an orange juice).

Mrs. OGUNWUYI: You are always late...Adesewa replied with the bread in her mouth.

ADESEWA: yeah always late.

Adesewa looked at her mum's face with a smile on her face and she noticed her mum looked worried.

ADESEWA: Mum is there any problem, you can talk to me.

Mrs. OGUNWUYI: Do you know that today makes it the sixth day since your dad has gone on a mission sent by Yetunde.

ADESEWA: Yes I do, is that what you are worried about?

Mrs. OGUNWUYI: Yeah it is something big you and I should be worried about.

ADESEWA: Mum this is not his first time going on a mission.

Mrs. OGUNWUYI: I know, he has never stayed long like this before. And the most annoying part is that Yetunde still organized a meeting today and not just a meeting, a combined meeting without is present, I think something big is up. Adesewa went close to her mum and hugged her tightly.

ADESEWA: Mum don't worry, I believe his fine wherever he is. Am very sure he won't want to miss my birthday. He will surely come home today to tell me stories, he always does. Adesewa took three steps backward and said some incantation and she teleported.
