Don't Limit God In Your Life

Learn how to put God's full presence and abilities in you to work in this article.

There's no limit to the fullness of the workings of God's Spirit in your life except that created in your mind. Your faith determines the barrier and extent of your success in life. It determines how far or to what extent God can work in your life. Your faith creates your vision, and your vision is a product of your perception. So, how far you can see in your mind determines how far you can go in life.No one can go or live beyond the vision in his/her mind. But it's not just having a vision (a mental picture of your desire or future); you have to firmly believe in that vision.

Faith in your heart along any line will create a vision in your mind along that line. For instance, if there's faith for miracles in your heart, your mind will respond in partnership with your faith to create a vision of miracles. What that means is that you will always see miracles in your mind's eyes if you believe in miracles. If you believe in failure, your mind will be full of visions of failure. Life is designed by God to reproduce the blueprint in your mind.

So, everyone ultimately becomes what he/she has created in their mind. It's just like a computer system; what you put in as an input will ultimately be produced for you as an output. The only limit to God in your life is that created by/in your mind. What do you see? It is extremely important to see the right things in your mind. The things you allow in your mind should be consistent with the future you hope to see. Don't limit God and disappoint His expectations for your life through the creations of your mind. Whatever you are going to experience or become in life is created first in your mind. Your vision is the draft or blueprint of your future." Then the Lord said to me, 'Look, Jeremiah! What do you see?' And I replied, 'I see a branch from an almond tree.'" (Jeremiah 1: 11)

What you see determines the experience and outcome of your life. God is limited in your life only by your vision. Yes, that is correct! God is the Almighty, but He has put you in charge of your life. And having assigned you this right, He will not violate your authority over your life. You must consciously create the atmosphere and circumstance in your mind to accommodate or permit the workings and activities of God in your life. This is why your faith is so important. It is what authorizes God to work in your life. When you say, "Lord, I believe," you are simply giving Him the permission to do or carry out whatever you believe Him for in your life.

Listen, there's no limit to what God can do in and through your life if you can dare believe Him. God can do much more beyond your wildest imagination. He can break protocols just for you. God can cause people to travel across several continents and nations just to bless you. God can raise you, within a very short time, to a high position of power and influence where you can become a source of great blessings to society. You may be a nobody now, but God can turn your life around for good in a very short time. Just believe and see it in your mind. Visualize your future and firmly believe it. What do you see about your relationship and stand with God?

Are you seeing a sinner, dirty and unworthy, stand in God's presence as His own, or are you seeing a saint washed by the blood of Jesus Christ and brought into God's presence as His beloved child? What is your vision of God? Do you see Him as powerful or weak? What do you see about your life? Do you see failure or success, poverty or wealth, sickness or health? Do you see yourself getting your dream job, building a great company, and becoming a strong and visionary leader? Do you see yourself becoming excellent and exceptional in your chosen field of endeavour? Do you see yourself getting married to the man or woman of your dream, building a great marriage, and raising godly children? Do you see yourself coming out of that addiction, bondage and breaking off the limitations that have bound and limited you over the years? What do you see, my friend? Don't limit God in your mind. He can do anything.

"Then the Lord said to me, 'Look, Jeremiah! [You can insert your name here] What do you see?' And I replied, 'I see a branch from an almond tree.' And the Lord said, 'That's right, and it means that I am watching, and I will certainly carry out all my plans.'" (Jeremiah 1:11-12) I don't know about you, but as for me, I see glory, success, and progress all around, in, and through me. I see the whole earth filled with the knowledge, glory, and beauty of the Lord as the waters cover the sea. I see sinners all over the world washed by the blood of Jesus and turned into saints. I see men, women, boys and girls, teenagers and youths all over the world, lifting holy hands in praise and worship of our God.

I see an unprecedented manifestation and ministry of the Holy Spirit in the nations and continents of the earth, and the gospel is validated by miracles, signs, and wonders like never before. I see the whole world walking in the reality of God's love and His mighty power. I see the Lord Jesus coming with great power in the glory of the Father. I see my ministry, books, songs, and other ministry materials changing and transforming lives everywhere all around the world and bringing God into the experience of people. What do you see? Don't limit God, my dear friend.
