Fammilar Strangers ( Chapter 13)

About a successful young lady who lost everything she had worked for in one day... and was also bound to a total stranger.

" Look, I don't know what you are talking about, and how did you get in here in the first place?" He stood up and walked towards me...I shifted backward" where is my secretary? How come she let you in without my knowledge" he stood in front of me. I met his eyes they were cold enough to freeze one In place...we stayed staring at each other for seconds now I could see some parts of his face, I don't know what it was, but It felt like I knew him...it's as if I've known him for years...his face seems so familiar, yet he was a stranger.

The beep on my phone broke our starting competition. I reached for my phone in my back pocket. I had just received a message from Shyla asking me for an update. I ignored the message and put the phone back into my pocket.

The atmosphere changed very quickly, I came here ready to face this man that had stripped me of everything, but right now, I didn't even have the strength to stand; as I kept staring at him, my heart became so heavy " why does it feel like I know this man " I thought to myself I wasn't aware of the tears falling from my eyes....my heart was aching seriously all of a sudden my legs gave way I couldn't stand anymore, luckily there was a seat behind me he helped me sit down I couldn't hold back my tears I cried profusely he handed me a handkerchief I cleaned my tears " thank you" I managed to say he grabbed a seat and sat in front of me " tell me your story" he said.
