Incarcerated In The Dungeon Of The Mind

In the mind of a man lies a whole new world. Everything we see around us emanated from the mind of a human being. As creative as the mind can be, it also can be highly destructive depending on what is fed to it.

It was the holy book that said, "as a man thinketh in his mind, so is he."
The mind is a safe haven, a place where no one can peep into but just you.
The mind is like a large, fertile portion of land waiting to be cultivated.
Good thoughts are like good seeds that yield bountiful harvests when sown.
Bad thoughts are like weeds; they suck up nutrients in the good plants choking them to death.
In other words, your mind is a product of whatever you ingest into it.

I ingest negativity, and my whole life becomes negative. I cannot do this; I cannot be that; I end up not doing anything tangible and end up not becoming anything productive.

The limitations in one's life begin from the mind.
No goal is impossible once you set your mind to achieving it.
Programming the mind into believing that you cannot limits the capacity innately embedded into you as a human being, thus, drifting your creative ability into a dark place, into the dungeon of the mind.
Incarceration in this realm is deadly. Not only is one held down by his/her failures and shortcomings but by the constant reminding of how weak, broken, and incapable one is, hence the weed effect, choking down every bit of goodness that could have emanated from your mind.
Escaping from this realm requires holding on to a tiny tread of belief and faith.
