Meet Me

When I was a child, if you asked me who I was, my response would be, 'A queen and a doctor.', and that was all I knew I could be.

As I transited into adulthood and heard the Ancient Greek aphorism, "Know yourself," I began an inward questioning of my own existence, and all I got as an answer was untapped potential. In Jeremiah 1:5 of the Holy Scriptures, I encountered a transformative revelation, "... before He formed me, He knew me and had a purpose for me" (paraphrased). This made me resolve to seek Abba's face on who I am and what I am created for.

I agree with Benjamin Franklin, who said: "There are three things extremely hard: steel, a diamond, and to know one's self." Indeed this is true because knowing yourself isn't easy, and the little details you begin to know are mind-blowing and unfathomable. Such greatness in an earthen vessel. Enough of the inspirational piece; I love doing that.

Meet me, Queeneth Joseph Umanah (there are other ancestral names😊). I am a purpose-driven lady with versatility. Professionally a Registered Nurse with a flair for pediatrics, hence the name, The Children's Nurse. I help in raising a wholesome child by disseminating useful content on child development, child care, as well as childhood diseases and their prevention.

Furthermore, I am creative. This is why I write excellent poems on subject matters related to life, Christian faith, love, and society. Through my pen, I inspire individuals to succeed through personal development. I do this through my writing brand, Chronicles of a Miss. For my food lovers or foodies, Queenies Pastries is here to satisfy your pastry cravings, ranging from different flavors & shapes of chinchin to doughnuts and nourishing rolls. Clearly, I am a versatile nurse, and I am very much interested in creating excellence. What else is there to know? I am an indigene of Akwa Ibom State in Nigeria but grew up in Port Harcourt, Rivers State (I be Port Harcourt babe). I am passionate about living for Christ.

My favorite meals are our locally prepared delicacies, especially Ekpang Nkukwo. I am obsessed with the color blue. An introvert generally, but the best Viber you've encountered. I have a good sense of humor and a modest fashion sense, and I'm a chronic book lover. Still interested in knowing more about this excellent creative, I am open to intelligent questions in my inbox.

I love connecting with business-oriented people, so connect with me for more excellent content.

...excellence is my turn on
