"Salary is the bribe they give you to forget your dream" - This statement, I believe, must have been quoted by a successful entrepreneur who has also spent some years working for someone.
Don't get intimidated about things you read about salary earning or feel wrong about your 9 am-5 pm job because someone termed time wasting. You can change your job if you're abused, cheated, uncared for, or if it's frustrating, but if you are comfortable with it, you should continue.
Becoming a successful entrepreneur isn't a small joke and an easy journey. Don't quit your job if you feel you need to start a business or learn a skill. You can create time to learn or set up another source of income while still working under someone. You can be successful while working with or under an establishment, too but learn to have another source of income.
Entrepreneurship is not the only way to succeed but one of the ways. Don't quit a job to start a business; rather, start a business to quit a job. Make sure your entrepreneurship skills, set-up, and business are well rooted and must have recovered from financial constraints before thinking of gaining freedom from your current job!
