There Is Credibility On The Street

There's credibility on the street, young men and women who are skilled at what they do, if we can all be competent, our total dependency on government will be reduced.

Normally one will deny the fact that the street has nothing to offer to society. I made bold to say that the street has the most talented, innovative raw gifting people. Well-crafted individuals who have understood the law of the universe which says "Whatsoever your hands find doing, do it with all zeal of passion" The entertainment industry wouldn't have been where it is today if not for the multitasking talented young men and women who sort to the change the reality of what had been for ages. Especially the Nigerian music industry has taken a shift and has been globally recognized for its diverse sounds and the creativity that gush out like water. These guys have created a narrative that can not be denied nor ignored even by the deaf or blind.

Our government is so proud to say they have empowered the youth with a bag of rice, wheelbarrows, clothing, jobs that they can barely feed on due to challenges around, etc. I guess this is the best our society can do for this individual with the acclaimed youth empowerment by our government. Hence, Why will violence and conflict in society stop ?. I am not saying it should be a yardstick for anyone to do evil. But these are among the root causes of conflict in society when the government cannot oblique to its promises.

Anyone who has a total dependency on government is planning to remain a nonentity to him/herself and his generation. Gone are those days when our fathers rely on knowledge alone, with their whole dependency on government due to ignorance, that mentality has to be cured.

We should all learn to shoulder responsibility from the government, in terms of personal development, acquiring Innovative skills that will be reliable to each one of us. In the sense that certificate alone will not offer the daily bread, it once promised. The world is fast-changing, and technology is taking over manpower making everything at ease for humanity. Currently, it is innovative ideas that are sailing smoothly, aboard this ship and sailing.
