Yes, you read me right on the above title. It is no longer a matter of 'if' the Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr Peter Obi becomes the president of our dear country, Nigeria.
It is a serious matter of 'when.' At the current state of our national development, wherein we face perennial insecurity, biting economic hardship, dilapidated infrastructures, and brain drain, we cannot afford to continue with such a dangerous menace by electing an egocentric and selfish set of leaders in 2023.
The present opportunity has bequeathed us the opportunity to elect a transformative leader who will institutionalize transparency and accountability in governance and as well mobilize the resources that will be used to run our country effectively for the betterment of everyone.
When he becomes the president along with his highly cerebral running mate, Sen. Dr. Yusuf Datti Baba-Ahmed, fiscal intervention supports will be unleashed, and wasteful expenditures by the ruling class will be drastically curtailed. Only then shall we begin to enjoy our rightful dividends of democracy. Nigerians, arise and VOTE Peter Obi for President!
